How does this job work?

1. Every 3 weeks there is a new campaign which corresponds to a brochure. You will be given these brochures by your Avon Sales Leader for the first 2 campaigns.
2. You deliver brochures to your local area, plus family, friends, and ask everyone you know to take one into work.
3. You are paid in cash from the money you collect
4. You can spend as little as 15 minutes per day or up to 7 hours per day, IT IS UP TO YOU! Therefore this is a part-time or full-time job.
5. Get LOTS of freebies for getting higher sales!
6. You do not need childcare if you have children- take the kids with you when delivering brochures or products. What other job offers that?
7. You MUST be aged 18 or over. There are no exceptions to this rule.  Please do not apply if under 18.
   
8. Earn between £15 and £100 per week depending on the time you put into it. If you want higher earnings, you can become a full time Sales Leader. Many Sales Leaders earn in excess of £40,000 per year.

"I applied for a part-time job as an Avon Rep in January 2009 through this recruitment site. My Sales Leader Laura came out to see me the next day to explain how the job works. She basically explained how I can could choose my own hours, allowing me to fit in selling the products around also attending college part-time.

The first campaign I made £150 which worked out at £50 per week. I had 30 customers, 20 lived in my local area and streets I had been given, and 10 were family, friends and other people at college. I would say I had spent around 4 hours per week to earn this amount.

The second campaign my earnings started to increase as I asked people to share their books with friends. I earned £200 which was nearly £70 per week. Not bad for just over 3 hours work per week!

Now my earnings vary anywhere from £40 per week to £70 per week, which is not bad for a part-time job."
